Battle Grounds #1

My current location is on Dark Island, preparing the tournament. My assistant, Allen Darks (the owner of the island), has been gracious enough to provide me with a map that I could post. The selection for preliminary battle grounds are also shown.

  1. Grounds A: Hoodoo Canyon--Rock formations jut out of the sea in this area. It might probably be slippery for contestants. I'll put up a wet floor sign.
  2. Grounds B: Abandoned Port--Allen told me that the Spaniards and Islanders used to habit this island, but mysteriously vanished. The port is much a ghost town now.
  3. Grounds C: Tide Pool--The island has a narrow peninsula that partially folds into the ocean. The submerged dunes serve as homes for sea life.
  4. Grounds D: Gulf Peak--A spectacular area (my personal selection) consisting of a wide scape of beach with a tall stone peak serving as a backdrop. The perched gulls and hanging tresses of vegetation also contribute to the dramatic battlefield.
